The following adaptations have been carried out to the villa, incorporated when it was built:

Level access at the front door, from the garage, throughout the villa and out on to the lanai/pool deck.

Wheel-in (roll-in) shower with built-in tiled seating area and separate hand held shower in master en-suite.

Accessible bathroom sink in master en-suite.

The interior doors are 36" wide, except the one to the Mickey Mouse twin bedroom.

Accessible kitchen sink.

Hydraulic pool hoist, positioned so that entry to the water is above the pool steps.

There is adequate space next to the toilet and bath in the master en-suite for transfers.

There is a grab rail on the wall next to the toilet in the master en-suite.
